ROG RAMdisk software
Howdy all -
I accept an older board (Maximus V Gene). I chosen Asus tech back up and, as usual, was let downwardly. The guy didn't have a inkling as to what I was talking near, nor did he seek assistance to observe out. I'm trying to discover out where I can get the software. I checked the downloads section on this site only couldn't find information technology, and I checked the deejay that came with my motherboard, but no joy in that location, either. Tin can anyone indicate me in the right direction?
Thanks ~

Try this link, Asus sometimes offers unlike software for each Bone version, so go through them all until you lot notice ROG RAMDisk. Alternately, you could try the software download pages for other ROG motherboards - I think the software for whatever ROG motherboard will work on any ROG motherboard, assuming it can discover the special-sauce onboard ROG bit.

My kickoff mail...Not besides easy to detect, so if it's allowed, I'll add a direct link to the ROG RAMdisk software, here: http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mis...8-1_V20206.zip
If it's not okay, and so I'd imagine information technology won't stay around here long (sorry for that in accelerate...)

Is there some mode to become the latest software version? ASUS rarely updates the motherboard folio (RIVBE for me) but there are after versions out in that location.

Is the above link an official Asus download site?
Be careful what you are downloading.
Looks suspicious to me.

DataRAM offers free version... ...for personal use.
DataRAM are the creators of RAMDisk. Free version is towards the bottom of their folio. Personally, I use it for my TEMP directories, downloads, and expanding compressed files. You tin can set it to relieve and reload the deejay image upon shutdown and reboot or but starting time fresh/empty each time.

On my Maximus Half-dozen Formula its Crystal Disk Mark is over 12000. Boom, driblet the mike.

Hi everyone!
Installed 128 GB of retentivity and ROG RAMDisk two.03.00.
ROG RAMDisk simply allows 96,075 MB of 128,000 to be allocated, although there is nevertheless 26,165 MB gratis. The slider of the program window does not permit more memory to be allocated. Is this a 96,075 MB limit? What does it depend on?
