Sherrye - Which of our templates did yous download?

The template lines / borders on the Word templates are non-printing. They will show on screen, but won't impress. Our proprietary software, Maestro Label Designer, also does not impress the template lines / borders even though they are displayed.

If yous are using our PDF or EPS templates in Adobe Illustrator, you will need to prepare the borders to non-press. Y'all can do this by making that layer a non-printing layer.

Let me know more details and I will exist happy to assist farther on the issue.

I have downloaded the round ol350 word template. The outline is printing. I am using a MacBook Pro with Microsoft Give-and-take 2011. Delight allow me know how I tin correct this issue. Thanks

I apologize for the issue and volition be happy to assist in any manner that I can. The outlines included on the Microsoft Give-and-take templates are supposed to be non-printing on all versions of the software, but I don't take access to Microsoft Word 2011 for Mac and then I'grand unable to test and verify that myself. I've fastened a new Word template to this mail with the outlines removed. Microsoft Give-and-take is not capable of round grid lines, and then the template will consist of 2.5" square grid lines. This template should piece of work fine for simple, text-based designs.

If yous need to print images or graphics on your labels you may want to consider using a dissimilar label pattern software. Our Maestro Label Designer is provided free with every order, and volition brand printing labels with logos, images, and other graphics quick and easy. Unfortunately the ol350-2 does not work either. I cannot see where the label actually is on the sheet. The page is just blank. I besides accept my logo on my Avery labels and want to proceed using my logo since these labels are going on the products that I brand and sell.

This is my first time ownership from Online Labels and have never had this issue with my Avery labels of a similar style. I see the outline on the Avery label just information technology does non impress. I do not want to build my labels on a site that I have to access every time I want to alter something. I want them locally on my estimator. I do not sympathise why the Avery template outline is able to show but not impress works correctly on the same computer that I am trying to apply the Online Label template.

If the template appears as a blank document it's probable that the gridlines are existence subconscious within Microsoft Discussion. The link beneath provides instructions on how to make the gridlines visible once more.

ns -

I'k distressing to hear nearly the effect. The outlines should definitely be invisible when printing, but information technology'south possible that certain versions of Microsoft Word may still display the outlines on printed sheets. Which version of Microsoft Word are you using to print your labels?

It is possible to manually delete the characterization outlines before printing your labels. Once you've finished designing your labels click to the left of the word certificate, but outside of the folio. You should see every label outline highlighted at the same time. Ane they're highlighted, simply printing the delete key on your keyboard. All of your text and artwork should still be present but the outlines volition be deleted, allowing you to print your document without the visible outlines. Before attempting this method, please make certain to save your fully designed template just in case you accidentally delete any of your pattern elements.

Alternatively, I can create a new template for y'all without the outlines. If you'd similar the new template please just allow me know which detail number you're using and I'll be happy to put information technology together for you.

I hope this helps. Please merely permit the states know if you need any additional data at this time.

I believe the problem is with your template download options. When asked which version of Microsoft Discussion practise you accept installed, the only option available of "Word '03".
When I salve the download to my version of Word (2010) information technology does not properly convert.

In other words, your One-time version is not compatible with the newer versions that have been around for years.

I suggest updating your templates to a newer version of word.

The previous post is correct the simply download version is 2003, which isn't compatible with the 2015 give-and-take for mac. It works but shows the borders. I used to use these labels with no problems. no borders

Cheers for the help!

I am having the aforementioned issue with OL143WS. I have tried several different ways of removing borders, all of which show "no border" - and still the borders print. What was the solution? Is in that location an Avery equivalent template?
